The Challenge
Zlatko Lugarić Photography is a high-end wedding photographer whose previous digital home was failing to match his talent. The goal was to move away from a "standard gallery" and create a high-converting platform that handles client anxieties and positions Zlatko as a premium, stress-free choice for couples.
Narrative Gap: The old site was a "digital warehouse" of photos but lacked a story.
Dated Aesthetics: Small images, inconsistent spacing, and a layout that felt static.
Friction: Pricing and process information were hidden, forcing potential clients to work too hard to find answers.

Concept
We shifted the focus from displaying photos to selling an experience. The new strategy positioned Zlatko as a calming authority. We identified key customer pain points, such as the fear of being unphotogenicand built the entire narrative around providing peace of mind and effortless authenticity.



The Visual Language
Using a minimalist, editorial aesthetic, we gave the photography room to breathe. We implemented bold, elegant typography and high-end white space to create a luxury magazine feel. The color palette was kept neutral to ensure that the vibrant emotions within the photos remained the focal point.


Outcome
Built on Framer, the site offers a fluid, high-performance journey. We introduced an interactive 6-step process section to demystify the booking journey and a transparent investment guide. Every transition is smooth, ensuring that the user feels the same calm the photographer promises on a wedding day.
The result is a high-converting sales funnel that justifies premium pricing. The new ZLP platform provides a seamless path from emotional discovery to logical validation, resulting in a professional digital home that matches the elite quality of Zlatko’s portfolio.
